We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some background in HR and experience in hiring for high-growth startups. This role requires the ability to handle multiple role hiring simultaneously and will report to the HR Manager in Singapore. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Source and attract top talent through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, professional networks) Screen candidates' resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and maintaining candidate databases Requirements Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Experience hiring for high-growth startups is desirable Fluent in Mandarin (reading, speaking, writing) is required to communicate with internal stakeholders Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously At least 1-2 years of sourcing/recruitment experience Benefits Hypergrowth Startup Environment Fantastic Career Progression Opportunities Work within a Global and Local Team Collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge projects.
