The Key Account Executive/Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and training of merchants who have joined the Ocard Rewards and Loyalty program. This position will focus on providing comprehensive training on customer registration, redemption processes, and other relevant aspects of the program.
Responsibilities:
-Account Activation:
-Coordinate with the Business Development team to identify newly acquired merchants.
-Conduct thorough onboarding processes to ensure merchants are fully equipped to utilize the Ocard platform.
-Assist merchants in setting up their accounts, customizing their loyalty programs, and integrating Ocard with their existing systems if any.
-Initial Support:
-Provide dedicated support to merchants during the initial stages of their Ocard partnership.
-Address any technical issues, questions, or concerns promptly and effectively.
-Guide merchants on best practices for promoting their loyalty program and engaging customers.
-Feedback Collection:
-Work closely with the marketing team to gather feedback from merchants on their experience with the Ocard platform and program.
-Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the marketing team.
-Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements based on merchant feedback.
-Account Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
-Monitor merchant performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
-Identify opportunities to increase merchant engagement and loyalty.
-Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
-Training and Development:
-Deliver ongoing training and support to ensure merchants are up-to-date with program updates and best practices.
-Provide hands-on guidance on customer registration, redemption processes, and loyalty program management.

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
-Proven experience in account management, customer service, or training roes.
-Good with PR, Communication, CRM and rewards knowledge would be bonus
