1. Key Accounts Management (70%) Strategy Development: Implement local go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for assigned customers to meet sales objectives.Sales Projections and Forecasting: Manage sell-in, sell-out, stock forecasts, and stock holding, evaluate business trends, and support profitability.Trade Fund Management: Monitor and manage customer A&P (advertising and promotion) trade funds within budget to ensure efficient use.Data Analysis: Analyze customer needs using data-driven methods, providing post-activation analysis to improve business outcomes.Negotiations: Handle business discussions and negotiations (e.g., TTA, DA) to ensure sales targets are met.Quarterly Business Reviews: Provide regular updates on business progress to customers.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and ensure timely product enlistment in trade channels.Market Insights: Offer actionable recommendations based on market, category, and product trends for business optimization.KPI Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets.2. Customer Focus and Service (20%) Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships with key customers through engagement and account planning.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop customer programs and action plans.Compliance: Ensure adherence to Company's Code of Conduct.Market Intelligence: Leverage customer relationships for market insights and assist in successful product listings.3.
