As pioneers in Gift With Purchase (GWP), they transcend the ordinary, curating unique experiences tailored to their clients' promotional visions.  Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their promotional needs.
Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with their marketing goals and campaign visions.
Project Leadership : Oversee end-to-end GWP campaign execution, from conceptualization to delivery.
Collaborate with internal creative, operations, and marketing teams to develop innovative and tailored solutions for clients.
Sales Growth : Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Develop and implement account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Trends and Insights : Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance client campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis to maintain GWP Experts leadership position in the marketplace.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed performance reports, analyzing campaign results and client satisfaction metrics.
Ensure all client data, feedback, and campaign details are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Key Qualifications Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in account management, client services, or project management, ideally in marketing, advertising, or promotions.
Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
