Key Account Management: Establish commercial relationships with key accounts Modern Trade/ Pharma.Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers. This includes setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and outlining strategies.Lead Trading Term Negotiation with key customers, including pricing, ullage, terms of trade, promotions, and other contractual matters to ensure customer profitability.Drive effective channel strategies and range strategies to maximize and optimize profitably and reduce variability in line with market goals.Build, accurately forecast, and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, and profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.Ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell-out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.Builds a retailer-specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in.Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailers.Work closely with other departments (Supply, finance, marketing) Connect Account key stakeholders of all functions with the company counterpart.Responsible for key account receivables. Monitor Account Receivable aging and coordinate with credit control and Accounts Receivable team.Proactively identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the client relationship.Promotion Planning & Execution: Prepare a Trade Promotional Plan (TPP) and post-promotion evaluation.Provide Demand Forecast by Customers by SKU level based on promotion plan/activities.Communicate to the customer on the promotion planned to get alignment/agreement to proceed with the execution.Manage to minimize Market return.Business Review & Market Visit: Regular Trade visits to check & audit in-store execution at the outlet level.Pre-plan visits to Customers at the HQ level. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Understand their business needs and objectives and market landscape. (Customer profiling)Requirements: Has at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in categories of Baby ProductsMust have strong contacts with IKA/ LKA, Pharmacy chain.Good project management skills and effective communication skillsAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity.A true Team PlayerExperience of creating change, challenging the status quo, and establishing a product category or brand with entrepreneurial spirit.
