The role is to improve the performance and partner experience across the entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing.
Your EDGE assignment/You will:
Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners in the assigned market.
Responsible for acquiring quality partners in the market and onboarding that partner smoothly to our partner management system.
Responsible for complying with partner tier policy whilst maintaining partner acquisition performance.
Single point of contact for all partner business.
Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance-approved responses to partners when requested.
Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partners.
Responsible for improving partner business in terms of trading volume, net fee revenue, and active number of customers under partners in the market.
Responsible for proper partner business planning on a quarterly basis and executing agreed strategy to grow the market.
Work closely with trade marketing, IB product manager, and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth.
Are you the one?
At least 3-5 years of Sales experience in a similar industry.
Must be able to speak fluent Korean and English.
Knowledge about the Korean market.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
