To strengthen our team in Kuala Lumpur, we are looking for:
Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Sales Director of Large Accounts, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for selling and marketing Puratos products and ingredients in the area as assigned and ensuring that collection is done within approved credit terms, managing and growing the accounts assigned in accordance with the company's objectives.
What you will do
Accountable for delivering against planned sales revenue and profit (shipment, in-market sales) targets by focusing on the Territory Customers KPI's and sales drivers.
Generate new customers by approaching all new key accounts with Territory Customers and follow-up/introducing additional products to our existing customers.
Manage the Territory Customers' top accounts together with the Sales Director. Continuously look for innovative opportunities to develop top customers.
Continuously monitor performance against sales targets to identify deviations from the plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure the realization of agreed sales objectives.
Responsible for monitoring Territory Customers' payments and controlling Accounts Receivables in accordance with company policy.
Accountable for In-Market-Sales forecast accuracy in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, and Planning.
Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity, and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
Follow up closely on new and outstanding orders in cooperation with sales administration and the warehouse department to assure good service to customers.
Set a good working example in terms of discipline and drive to achieve targets set for junior executives.
Fully support & implement GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, HALAL, Golden Unicorn, and other systems by the company.
What we expect from you
Min STPM/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Min 5 years experience in a related field (FMCG, especially Retail and Food Services).
Experience in growing business, managing responsibility, including budgets, expenses, or pricing.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and local dialect.
Passionate about baking with a good personality.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
