Job Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities with new customers for market expansionDrive revenue for Neuropower by seeking partnerships with various partiesImplement compelling sales strategies and consultative approaches to achieve allocated sales targets and objectivesLiaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing desirable and feasible initiativesDevelop best practices in client interaction, sales and after sales support for each customerDevelop persuasive and convincing sales presentations professionally using market trends, case studies and etc.Ensure good relationship with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developmentsProvide the highest level of sales, customer service and support to each customerProvide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customersHighly responsive to customers via emails, texts, walk-ins, telephone or any communication tools with regards to product-related enquiries and product featuresRecognize customer problems and resolve them to customer's satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutionsPrepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits to each customer in a professional and strategic manner. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or any other equivalent field.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or sales is required for this position although fresh graduates are welcome to applyRequired language(s): EN, BM, CN.
