Key Account Manager / Sales

-Well-versed with AV, conference room and digital signage solutions.-Build professional relationships and network with new and existing clients to expand business and increase customer loyalty.-Prepare monthly sales forecast for management to review.-Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.-Engage with clients to cater to system needs and implement optimized solution to resolve issues.-Provide attentive service whilst maintaining a good rapport with clients.-Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver projects.-Conduct research and analysis on relevant technologies and identify market trends to propose to management. -Ensure high level of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize market share. -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent.-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. -Highly goal oriented, self-discipline, team player, independent, and hands-on problem solver.-Good command of language (written and spoken) in English and BM. Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an added advantage.-Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in related field.-Proficient in MS Office. -Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.-Possess good analytical, communication and conflict resolution skills with proactive engagement and situational awareness.
