What you will do: To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information.
To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
To record/update internal systems for any financing application.
To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements What we are looking for: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).
Comfortable with digital communication tools.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
A team player with a collaborative approach.
Resilience and perseverance in handling rejections or challenges.
