Job Description The Hostess is responsible for receiving all incoming guests and owners by giving a courteous greeting, directing them to the check-in desk, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient processes for handling clients, and babysitting their children.
The Hostess is also responsible to ensure that guest refreshment bars and owner refreshment trays are stocked as well as maintaining cleanliness environment of the Kid Club.
This position also assists the additional administrative functions listed below.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests and owners upon arrival, always maintain a professional, efficient and friendly image, • Pre-prepare owner refreshments, keep refreshment bars fully stocked and cleaned at all times, • Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times, • Wash glasses and keep kitchen in order, • Ensure the Kids Club and Teens Club are clean and tidy at all times, • Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages, • When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy, • Take care of guests and owners' children throughout the presentation, • Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all time, • Ensure children are taken care with full attention under secure environment.

• High school graduate A Minimum of six months to one year related education and training/experience; plus business and/or administrative education.
