Kl Regional Hr Assistant (Internship)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end recruitment function.
Assist employees in handling entry procedures and entry arrangements.
Prepare employees' daily attendance and leave records.
Understand domestic and foreign labor laws.
Prepare employee engagement and recreation activities.
Assist and provide day-to-day operational support or ad-hoc support for the administrative Department.
Job Requirements:
Only applicants from Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Good command of both English and Mandarin.
Internship period must be a minimum of 3 months, 6 months and above preferred.
Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
