ResponsibilitiesManage and process both renewal and new applications for Malaysia work permits.
Provide comprehensive immigration support, including coordinating all immigration-related requirements from initial consultation and eligibility assessments to technical advisory, drafting, and preparation of documentation.
Legal advisory liaison on business and employment related issues.
Maintain and update the firm's case management system and ensure client files are managed in accordance with established protocols.
Providing immigration support to regional portfolios as needed.
Coordinate with relevant authorities for the handling of immigration cases.
Maintain a clear overview of ongoing cases, managing escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Issue client invoices upon completion of each case.
Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the engagement team.
Conduct research as required to support case needs.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field.
Associate Level: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Malaysian immigration services.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin ( We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. )
and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
A collaborative team player with strong customer service acumen, excellent interpersonal abilities, and solid analytical skills.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
