Kol/Koc Operations Specialist

Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced KOL/KOC Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a KOL/KOC Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, and X.
You will also be responsible for managing and promoting KOL/KOC campaigns across these platforms, and measuring campaign results.
Responsibilities: KOL/KOC Development & Maintenance: Identify and contact crypto KOL/KOCs on various social media platforms Build and maintain relationships with external KOL/KOCs Ensure high-quality content production and output Quantify campaign results KOL/KOC Campaign Management: Develop and execute KOL/KOC marketing campaigns Manage KOL/KOC relationships Track and measure campaign performance Requirements 1-3 years of experience in angel/KOC/KOL recruitment 1-3 years of experience in the crypto industry Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and KOL landscape Have the passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience Ability to work on flexible working hours and shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays)
