This role involvescoordinating and executing effective learning and development activities , providingcoaching , and addressing theL&D needs of our retail operations team .
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience inF&B (coffee) retail store operations and training .
Ideal Candidate Profile:Degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in training for retail store operations teams.
Hands-on experience in managing and executing training for new joiners and existing employees.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Organize and prepare training activities by coordinating technical equipment, materials, and collaborating with stakeholders for training execution, including location setup, module preparation, and participant management.
Execute and deliver training programs by successfully conducting assigned sessions (e.g., coffee & bar training, onboarding), facilitating Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for new materials, and updating training modules before delivery to operations employees.
Conduct store audits and coordinate with users by performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), analyzing data to identify skill development needs, and maintaining strong relationships for seamless training program implementation.
Evaluate training programs and suggest improvements by conducting evaluations, providing reports to assess effectiveness, developing plans for operational team placement, and offering improvement suggestions based on training implementation and field observations.
Check and maintain L&D assets, systems, and documentation by handling training administration tasks, ensuring documentation is organized and complies with policies, monitoring the Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g., DingTalk), addressing issues, and maintaining training assets, including inventory and equipment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
