Job Description:

- Manage a diverse caseload: litigation, conveyancing, personal injury & 3rd party insurance claims and company matters.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn about new legal developments and adapt to changing client needs.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with minimal oversight.
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.For Pupils:
- Assist in legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case materials with mentorship.
- Take initiative in managing assigned files while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Assist with writing of articles and conduct research on a diverse range of topics including complex technical details such as AI & Tech.
- Participate actively in the Firm's culture, contributing ideas and solutions within a supportive environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
For Lawyers (1-2 Years PQE):
- Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- Experience or interest in litigation, conveyancing, personal injury law, third-party insurance, or company advisory is preferred.
- A STEM background would be an advantage.
- Excellent drafting skills and the ability to think critically about legal issues.
- Comfortable working independently while valuing collaboration and team support.For Pupils:
- Must have completed a law degree from a recognized institution.
- A background or strong interest in litigation or advisory work is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
