Responsibilities:
Lead the AmAce team in its daily administration of the system, and delivery of new capabilities (i.e., Projects).
Develop, plan and execute the AmAce Roadmap towards:
Increased organizational efficiency.
Additional capabilities in line with organizational strategy.
Ownership of functional solution designs and documentation.
Job Requirements:
Able to lead and motivate a team of BAs, PMs, and Testers.
Finds joy in solving organizational issues (analytical skills, design thinking).
Understands what we do and what we want in Business Banking (our processes, product offerings, and challenges).
Has accumulated 10 years in the Commercial Banking Domain, with a combination of experience in Project Management, SME/Commercial/Corporate Products, and Digital Banking.
Understands, or is looking to move into practicing, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology.
Familiar with the workings of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS).
Can read and proof System Documentation (BRDs, FSDs, Test Scripts, Data Dictionary, and such).
