CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This 2-year contract role is crucial for one of our most important upcoming projects.
The key responsibilities of this person include:
Play the lead business analyst role, review requirements and clarify issues with stakeholders.
Drive process improvement changes with Operations and other stakeholders as part of the requirements process.
This role will be a key member of the project core team.
Understand the current business process flow and provide solutions to improve/enhance the process flow for Front Office and Back Office users.
Co-ordinate and support related projects in line with business direction.
Requirements:
Relevant Degree in Business/IT or related field or its equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Must have good working knowledge in the operating environment of the stock broking industry, and being familiar with online stock trading platforms will be an advantage.
Technical/Functional skills:
Good knowledge of trading systems operating environments.
Good understanding of the business and technical framework of trading and post-trading activities.
Personal skills (Soft Competencies):
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
