To develop strategies to build, manage and lead the Channel Management by penetrating new and managing existing markets to ensure strategy is aligned with department KPI.
Channel Management is responsible for managing product development and implementation for eCommerce & Corporate Bill Payment.
Develop and manage channel partner contracts, programs and targets for Master Merchant.
Leads the change process by ensuring engagement at all levels to identify priorities, critical risks and business opportunities.
Identify and escalate risks inherent in particular situations or transactions.
Assess, control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial.
Job Requirements
5-10 years direct experience in merchant acquiring or payment industry
Strong understanding and familiarity with the Banking environment
Ability to develop and communicate complex concepts and ideas to management
Possess strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Possess strong ability to drive the business and adapt to a dynamic changing environment
Hands-on experience in product management, especially eCommerce, operations and project management
