About YouYou will be reporting to the Head of Commercial, MY, where you will be expected to drive end-to-end commercial strategy & execution across CARSOME business verticals. This candidate will need strong business acumen and analytical skills to analyze, design, recommend, and lead the early implementation of a comprehensive commercial strategy across the region. You will work in close collaboration with each of the commercial functions (i.e. Partnership GTM, Category, Trade) and external functions (i.e. Product/Tech, Marketing, Data, Operations, etc.).Your Day-to-DayDevelop, own, and support execution of business strategies that will drive revenue growth and cost optimization to improve P&L for MY business.Create financial models to support a clear measurement of the opportunities, impact of each of the key drivers, and assumptions.Develop strategic market analysis and present specific business cases and recommendations with limited information, well-thought assumptions, and clear success metrics.Take full ownership of P&L alongside the Head of Commercial and Country Managing Director.Lead and communicate effectively across all team members to coordinate effective commercial strategy/execution (i.e., New revenue stream - ancillary, Cost Improvement).Set policies that govern overall business objectives from financial impact to customer satisfaction.Act as Overall Commercial PMO to ensure that strategic projects are driven based on the agreed timeline with a clear execution strategy and consistent performance monitoring to ensure desired impact and next steps.Lead Gen - work with partners: internal (i.e. ICar and Wapcar) and external (i.e. Marketplace) to drive new leads generation initiatives.Partnership/Subsidiaries strategy - study/strategize opportunities to work with partners' entities to achieve sales growth/cost-saving exercises.This is a Lead role expected to operate with a high level of autonomy in close collaboration with the commercial lead, other team members of the regional team, and the country team functions while managing commercial strategy.Your Know HowMin. 5-7 years of working experience in consultancy, audit, or start-up (relevant business function).A knack for numbers and a strong desire for problem-solving and creating business impact.Strong leadership and management skills; stakeholder management is imperative to most projects driven by the Commercial team.Develop and maintain business dashboards that will assist other business functions in tracking key success metrics.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership; able to kick-start projects from scratch with minimal resources and high ambiguity.Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, strong statistical and analytical skills; advanced data/programming skill set such as Python and SQL is a plus.Flexible to handle varied business problems across multiple verticals in a short timeframe.Bachelor's Degree ideally in PPE, business, economics, mathematics, or engineering.#J-18808-Ljbffr
