Lead Engineer

We are looking Lead Engineer for our prestigious client in the industrial construction industry. This is an onsite position based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and improve the technical and quality management systems, including standards, processes, rules, and regulations.Provide technical guidance for project teams, ensuring the quality of deliverables.Issue professional solutions for design and technical problems in project execution.Research and develop innovative construction techniques such as construction methods and processes.Promote the research and application of proprietary technology.Establish and perfect technical management system for EPC projects.Establish and oversee the standard of project execution and delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in M&E engineering or other related fields.Min. 10 years of work experience in project management.Experience in technical management of industrial factory building projects is a plus.Proficient in industrial designing and construction, familiar with Malaysian technical standards and EPC project operation modes.Experience in cleanroom projects, familiar with the control points in architecture, structure, HVAVAC, M&E, and cleanroom decoration.Familiar with design, procurement, execution, and manufacturing management processes.Capabilities in systematic designing and technical research to guide product, technique, and process innovation.Systematic mindset, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to analyze and solve problems independently.Fluent in both English and Malay. Fluent in Chinese is preferred.
