JR67252 Lead, Global People Services (HR)

The Recruitment Services Lead will administer the recruitment process, supporting Talent Acquisition team to attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. This role involves managing a team of people services, developing best in class candidate and new hire onboarding experience, and collaborating with various people functions to meet the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop best in class candidate and new hire pre and onboarding experience.
Manage and lead a team of people services, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and develop the support plan.
Administer the recruitment process, from job posting, interview scheduling, offer management to onboarding.
Support the development, definition, tracking, monitoring, and publishing of performance metrics.
Utilize tools and data to drive process improvements and automations.
Efficient management of queries and escalations received in a timely and accurate manner with sense of urgency.
Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.
Extends support to the team in problem solving and doing root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment process, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
