We are looking for a Lead Planner /LNG for one of our clients with the following details:Location: Malaysia Contract Duration: 12 monthsRenewable: YesQualification And Experience RequiredAdvanced expertise in in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,Expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling for EPC projects, especially offshore Projects,Expertise in PrimaveraEnglish is the main language of the servicePlanningIssuance of procedures and methods to manage the planning of the Package in accordance with the users' needs, the specifications, and the tools.Validation, review and follow-up the execution planning for the Package (deterministic and risked) and progress control activitiesAnalysis of the planning, identify critical paths, bottlenecks or constraints ; proposes mitigations and/or recovery plansProvision of planning and scheduling input for Project planning consolidation, for cost forecasting, for reporting purposes as well as for periodic presentations to stake holdersAssistance with regards to planning and planning tools.On demand studies (e.g. planning optimization, reshuffling of tasks, etc.)ReportingResponsible to deliver internal and external reporting of the Project to ensure appropriate content, timing, and quality of information, highlighting achieved progress and areas of concern; and to liaise, as required, with other project parties.Prepare, implement, and report Key Performance Indicators to help successfully driving the project.Coordination And ReportingMonitoring of Planning resources on the ProjectIssuance of procedures and methods to manage the progress & reporting of the Package in accordance with the users' needs, the specifications, and the tools.Ensure Planning progress reporting and risk reporting DeliverablesSURF Package Planning referentialSURF Package Planning monitoring planSURF Package Planning periodical reportingSURF Package ProgressIf Interested Kindly apply.
