Key Activities
Collaborate closely with Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices.
Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, and monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents.
Collaborate with engineering leads to develop project milestones and facilitate development and testing progress against milestones.
Work with other product managers across different BUs in developing new features and ensuring appropriate support.
Attend project meetings, provide project status to the Project/Program Manager, and assume ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the program.
Effectively apply ELC / IT PMO methodology and enforce project standards across projects and work efforts.
Provide Project Financial Management, including:
Ensure project funding processes are completed.
Manage project budget and changes.
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
Update project forecasts on a monthly basis.
Track and report on project burn rate.
Create and coordinate communication to stakeholders and assist with stakeholder management.
Track key project milestones and manage project plans, budget, and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes.
Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Ensure all programs and projects are delivered comprehensively, completely, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with Projects/Governance Teams to kick off new projects, submit project documentation, and report project status.
Manage all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation.
Identify resource needs and ensure resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments.
Perform quality reviews and follow quality assurance procedures.
Manage project risk exposure and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
Direct and monitor work efforts daily and select appropriate strategies.

Release / Deployment management.
Experience in ERP modules, especially SAP.
Integration Technologies.
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management.
