JR70048 Lead Recruiter

Identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill job openings. Developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame is an important aspect of the Lead Recruiter's job. Other duties typically include working with hiring managers and HR personnel to determine staffing needs, along with minimum qualifications and skills required for open positions.

Responsibilities:
Support and manage recruiting process
Help organizations reach strategic goals by attracting and hiring top-performing employees.
Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts helps HR professionals identify and source quality candidates.
Establish strong partnership with the customer by understanding their talent needs, providing strategic hiring recommendations and influencing stakeholders as a trusted talent advisor
Work with business to identify future talent needs and proactively plan and develop strategy to source for such talents
Deep knowledge of business, expert in area of focus. Articulates and uses knowledge to advise business and develop plans
Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet demand for talent
Sell and negotiate effectively to attract talent and manage expectations
Leverage and develop new methods to maximize technology and recruiting tools to assess health of candidate pipeline, manage recruitment channels and source for talent
Proactively conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning
Manage recruitment channels, events and projects
Participate in or lead recruiting projects that support the continuous improvement of recruiting processes
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Strong communication skills and learning agility
Ability to build relationships and effective networks
At least 5-7 years working experience in a recruitment capacity
Track record in sourcing and attracting right talents
Resilience and tenacity in managing changes
Ability to work with all levels
Experience with different types of recruitment channels in attracting talents
