ResponsibilitiesPlan, monitor and manage the implementation of Talent Management programmes and initiatives as well as develop relevant guidelines and processes to ensure governance.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders for deployment and implementation of Talent Management programmes and initiatives across the Organization.
Act as point of contact and provide advisory to matters or queries that arise related to Talent Management processes, programmes, and initiatives.
Plan, implement and lead the execution of Talent Management programmes and initiatives across the Organization.
Manage, implement and execute various Talent Management processes including talent and successor identification, development, and mobility.
Plan and launch various activities in relation to Talent Management to continuously engage Talents and ensure proper development interventions.
Conduct in-house assessments to assess employees' strengths and areas of development including analysis and reporting.
Manage, monitor and track the implementation of Individual Development Plans across the organization as well as conduct the Training Need Analysis from the IDP.
Develop communication plans and content for Talent Management programmes and initiatives.
Develop policies/practice guides for the Talent Management process.
Complete all relevant and assigned training & development programmes.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and market practices in relation to Talent Management.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or any relevant field.
7–10 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in Talent Management.
