What You'll Do:
Lead Nationwide Training: Conduct and support sales agents' training using DST PuriCare modules.LMS and E-Learning: Manage and enhance the Learning Management System, design online courses, and host webinars.Training Design: Help craft and deliver engaging training materials that drive results.Assess and Improve: Gather feedback to refine onboarding, orientation, and skill development programs.Keep Track of Progress: Maintain training records, generate reports, and provide insights on learning progress and expenses.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate training schedules and logistics.Communication: Manage our bi-annual magazine and monthly newsletters to keep the team informed. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing LMS platforms and developing e-learning programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training-related software.Adaptability with multimedia training methods and tools.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.Minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development, Sales, or Marketing.Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.Able to conduct training in Mandarin.Flexibility to work on weekends occasionally.
