Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, conduct, and organize training programs to improve production team performance and ensure productivity meets quality standards.
Train all new operators or new processes to meet operations competency.
Train all operators on quality awareness & improvement in the production shop-floor.
Train & develop Multi-skilled Operators / Technical Operators on process control of Critical To Quality (CTQ) to meet product quality criteria.
Lead & manage electrolyte weighing control to meet repeatability (CPK) value.
Analyze & assess training effectiveness.
Update OJT training records & filing.
QualificationsFactory Quality management experience is preferred.
More than 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing field.
Familiarity with SAP system.
