Job Description• Promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all L&D operational matters and people agenda.
• Be an active contributor in the formulation, communication, and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies, tools, and programs in close co-operation with store HR generalist.
• Actively promote the implementation of the store and regional training calendar in close co-operation with the regional competence HUB and the functional L&D specialists.
• Support the implementation of a local and regional pool of trainers of programs in the training calendar.
• Secure the Foundation and Advance level program including Buddy system and Basic Job Knowledge.
• Actively contribute and secure the process of performance evaluation & development talk, and talent review process in partnership with the store HR generalist.
• Ensure investments and budget for all learning activities with clear goal settings and follow up.
• Responsible for the digital training records and relevant reports in the established HR information system.
• Secure the co-operations with the external partners within L&D area i.e. Universities, Polytechnics, and other institutions.
