Learning & Development Manager (Operations)Lead and manage the L&D Executive and other team members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Training Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day training operations, ensuring seamless program execution.
Coordinate schedules, venues, materials, and other logistical requirements for monthly training programs.
Trainer and Faculty Partner ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with trainers and faculty partners.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with trainers and vendors.
Collaborate with trainers to ensure high-quality and relevant content delivery.
HRDC ProcessingManage end-to-end HRDCorp processing, including claims submissions and compliance with guidelines.
Training Evaluation and ReportingMonitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure the L&D Executive supports the preparation and delivery of reports.
Drive the creation of innovative learning content, including eLearning modules.
Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) to support diverse training needs.
Collaboration with Sales TeamPartner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
Support in aligning training offerings with client expectations and business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing a team or direct reports is required.
Experience managing trainers and faculty partners is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in LMS platforms and eLearning development tools.
Knowledge of HRDCorp processes and training industry standards.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
