Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development (L&D), with a focus on training, organizational development, and talent management.
HRD Corp Train the Trainer certification or equivalent is highly recommended.
Strong knowledge of HRDC claims and compliance regulations.
Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, including leadership development, soft skills, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Proven ability to lead and mentor training teams and coordinators.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a strategic approach to training needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive L&D initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Lead the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process and develop the Annual Training Plan (ATP) to ensure alignment with business objectives and employee development needs.
Identify skills gaps and design training solutions that drive organizational performance and individual growth.
Ensure all training programs are designed with measurable learning outcomes and aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor in-house training coordinators and facilitators, ensuring high standards of program delivery and continuous professional growth within the team.
Negotiate and manage relationships with external trainers and consultants to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of training programs.
Provide periodic reports to senior leadership on the success and ROI of training initiatives.
Manage the L&D budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Support employees in creating Individual Development Plans (IDP) and foster a culture of continuous learning to drive long-term career growth.
Identify and leverage government grants and external funding opportunities to support L&D initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that L&D initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization's broader talent management strategies.
