Learning & Development Specialist

Overview: Anytime Fitness Asia invites an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to enhance our Malaysian team's capabilities. This role focuses on creating and executing developmental programs that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs. Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop bespoke solutions. Lead the L&D initiatives, including career pathing and leadership development. Analyze training effectiveness and integrate feedback for continuous improvement. Champion a learning culture within the organization. Requirements: Proven expertise in Learning & Development within a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of English and Malay. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions. Creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt to change.
