Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Ensure the school is compliant with local, national, and international laws, particularly in areas such as labor, education, privacy, and immigration.
Policy Development and Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including agreements with vendors, suppliers, and employment contracts, to protect the school's interests.
Assist in the creation and implementation of school policies that are compliant with legal standards and best practices.
Review contracts and agreements related to facilities management, employment, technology, and other essential functions.
Provide guidance on employment issues in compliance with Malaysian employment act.
Advise on intellectual property matters related to school.
