Job Description:
Legal Assistant / Conveyancing ClerkResponsibilities include:
Handling conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & financing documentation
Managing developer's projects, with or without title
Attending to status reports and updating file status
Demonstrating high responsibility, reliability, and honesty while working independently
Salary depends on working experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Assistant:
With a valid Practicing Certificate
Qualified or certified in Islamic Financing Documentation / Syarie Lawyer's Certificate
Experience in preparing documents using mail-merge is an added advantage.
Conveyancing Clerk:
Candidate must have at least a Diploma/Degree in any field
Candidate should be computer literate and have good typing skills
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Gdrive
Required language(s): Fluent in English (at least Grade B in SPM English) and Bahasa Malaysia
