Job Description:
To handle the preparation of SPA, Loan, Transfer, etc.
for Developer's projects and sub-sales
Attend signing of the SPA and other legal documents
Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Partner from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements:
With or without experience
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
Good communication skills, responsible, and proactive
Team player and willing to learn
Possess own transportation
