Legal Assistant - Corporate Law

Draft and edit various types of contracts and agreements.
Draft various documents, invoices, and enclosures at the company's request.
Participate in client training, legal research, and support smaller projects as requested.
Organize legal memoranda and client correspondence.
Proofread and vet documents and submit them to lawyers/superiors with comments for review.
Prepare motions and interrogatories.
Observe and participate in client meetings, trials, mediations, and outreach.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess aDegree in Lawor related field.
Experience working with confidential documents and under confidentiality rules.
Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills.
Ability to identify key risk areas in contracts/agreements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Malay, and Mandarin).
Ability to communicate in Cantonese or other Chinese dialects is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
