Job Description:
Experienced Legal Assistant and Conveyancing Clerk
Minimum of 3 years experience
Able to work independently and in a team
Draft and negotiate various types of agreements
Liase with clients and relevant authorities
Able to process subsale transactions, project, conventional or Islamic loan documentation, perfection, MOT, discharge of charge, DRR, probate, LA, and any conveyancing related matters
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and Chinese dialect is an advantage
At least 3 years of working experience in the same industry
