Policy Servicing Analyst (12 Months Contract)

Job Summary
Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorised and other responsibilities / duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
Participate in system enhancement, process improvement and digital projects. Role and Responsibilities include:
Liaise and coordinate with superior and IT or system support.
Assist superior in project meetings.
Assist superior in preparing system/business requirements and business process reviews.
Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders.
Prepare implementation sign-off documents.
Assist superior in monitoring results.
Provide operational support including reporting, data analysis, and updating working instructions / Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform all activities to achieve reasonable quality, performance, and within the agreed timeline.
Review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience
Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in the Insurance Industry.
Technical Skills
Essential: PC literate and excellent communication skills.
Desirable: Knowledge in Life Insurance/Takaful, good communication/interpersonal skills, computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
