Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to Sub Sale, Projects, and Loan Documentation from initial stage to completion.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
Committed, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently, and to meet tight deadlines.
Attending to clients, conducting research, correspondences, preparing status reports, and other types of work assigned by the Partners of the Firm from time to time.
To provide legal advice and opinions to Developers, Clients, Banks, and address legal issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Law Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualification, or equivalent & a valid Practicing Certificate and Sijil Annual.
Candidate must be meticulous and committed to providing quality services to clients.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
PQE: 3 – 4 years.
Possess leadership and teamwork qualities, good communication skills, has initiative, and can work independently under minimum supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
