Job Description:
Significant exposure to commercially centred work covering aspects of complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory which includes securities laws, disputes touching on shareholders, joint venture, etc.
Hands-on experience with guidance on evidential and factual gathering as well as in-depth legal research.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1 to 3 PQE. We are looking for fresh lawyers who are willing to think out of the box towards finding a solution and more importantly, a desire to take a deep dive into the complexities of law.
