Job Description:
Handling of all loans whether Conventional or Islamic or Retail or Corporate;
Handling of all sales and purchase transactions whether Sub-sales or purchase from Developers;
Handling of all court matters, eg.
Probate/Letters of Administration, Divorce, attending to Case Management/Hearing and any matters incidental thereto;
Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies;
Preparation of status report;
Any other works assigned to you by the Firm from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Tertiary Education and preferably with minimum few years in handling conveyancing matters.
