We are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced lawyer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and be well-versed in conveyancing matters, estate administration and be able to handle various ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling conveyancing matters, including sales and purchase agreements, transfers, and other property-related transactions.
• Managing uncontested applications for estate administration.
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
• Performing ad-hoc duties and legal research as required.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years PQE in a legal environment.
• Experienced in conveyancing and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Start Date:
