Our ClientTop Tier European Global Private Bank with over 110 years of wealth management experience; total AUM over USD 400 Billion and hiring over 500 employees in the North Asia Regional Branch is currently in search for Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
Job DutiesProvide paralegal/administrative support as part of the North Asia Legal Department
Assist in monitoring legal expenses; arrange T&E/meeting schedules and draft/file legal documents related to banking/commercial litigation
Coordinate ad hoc projects including enhancement of workflow processes
Requirements4 years+ of experience as Legal Assistant/Paralegal acquired from financial institutions
Degree holder in Legal related studies is a definite advantage
Detail-minded, pleasant, and a good team player
Strong proficiency in English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
