Job Description:
Experience in conveyancing and banking matters such as loans, sub-sales, etc.
Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Familiar with banks' documentation and portals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience, specializing in sub-sale and loan documentation (Developer's Project).
Good communication and drafting skills.
Able to handle sub-sale transactions, loan disbursement, and various conveyancing matters.
Able to handle general conveyancing independently.
Able to join immediately.
