You will be assigned to handle civil litigation, construction, and corporate matters based on your experience and skills set.
Selected candidate(s) will be exposed to a wide range of work including CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, and construction litigation.
This is a great opportunity for an associate who has developed a strong foundation in litigation and aims to excel in the area.
Salary RM5,000 – RM8,500 per month; remuneration will align with the applicant's level of experience and expertise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must possess a valid practising certificate.
Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in the area of Civil Litigation.
Well versed in litigation trial process.
Sound technical knowledge of the Law in the relevant areas with good analytical skills.
Drafting cause papers, pleadings, and submissions competently.
Prepare and draft legal opinions, conducting research on all legal and related matters.
Quick and sharp to attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.
It is imperative to have a strong command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages, both written and spoken.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to Court and other necessary places (free parking provided).#J-18808-Ljbffr
