Job ResponsibilitiesUpdate correspondence log book for dispatch.
Coordinate on documents delivery.
Arrange payment for transport for clients attending specialist appointments.
Prepare payment voucher for all payments made to third parties.
File correspondences in respective clients' files.
Locate files for correspondences.
Other secretarial duties.
Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents and liaising with clients and relevant authorities.
Minimum Requirements:
This job is open for diploma level in any field, not for degree or LLB.
