Open Position: Legal Counsel (MNC Tech Company)
An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring Legal Counsel to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Possessing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent with more than 8 years of working experience.
Familiarity with employment law areas, including hiring, discipline, terminations, pay, and benefits.
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating documentation transactions, and advising on various contracts related to corporate issues.
Supporting legal and regulatory risks of the Company's business operations in all aspects and safeguarding the company's legitimate business rights to pursue strategic objectives.
Providing guidelines to the Company to ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and rules.
Being highly organized, meticulous, and having excellent critical thinking skills.
