ResponsibilitiesReview, negotiate and draft legal documents including legal correspondences and various commercial contracts (such as lease agreements; service agreements; construction contracts; franchise agreements; marketing and sponsorship agreements; sale and purchase agreements).
Attend to corporate compliance and company secretarial matters.
Conduct legal research on issues relating to the business and operation of the Group.
Support the Legal department in all legal and related matters in the Asia Pacific regions including any ad hoc duties and affairs of the Group as reasonably assigned from time to time.
Liaise and coordinate with other departments and external parties.
Record keeping, filing, document and contract database management.
RequirementsDegree in Laws.
3-5 years of legal work experience in relation to the job responsibilities stated.
Retail and Food & Beverage Industry experience is preferred.
Mature, responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, self-motivated and adaptable with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Able to work independently but also a good team player.
Able to work proactively with different stakeholders & initiate solutions.
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).#J-18808-Ljbffr
