Legal Executive

Assist in managing licensing applications and compliance processes, as well as the post-licensing processes in different jurisdictions.
Conduct research on fintech regulations, licensing requirements, and industry developments to support the team in maintaining legal compliance.
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents related to licensing and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors or consultants to address licensing and compliance inquiries when necessary.
Assist in preparing submissions, filings, and reports for regulatory bodies.
Support the Legal Team in developing and implementing legal strategies for the business.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide insights to the team to ensure continued compliance.
Assist in preparing legal opinions and internal reports, if any, on licensing and regulatory matters.
Help with maintaining legal records, databases, and documentation related to licensing.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
Strong research skills and ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory materials.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate legal information clearly and concisely.
Proactive and eager to learn about licensing and regulatory matters in a fast-evolving industry.
