Legal Internship

To assist in the process of preparing and managing legal documents for Dealership Agreement renewal (3S/ 2S/ HASO/ Sub Dealer).
Responsible for day-to-day legal administration including document management and providing general administration support of Compliance Reminder Seminar.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of legal documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
To assist in attending to the stamping and registration of documents with relevant authorities.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments assigned by the legal team from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Business Law.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively.
Have good communication skills.
Passionate and willing to learn.
Able to commit a minimum of three (3) months from January 2025 to End of March 2025.
